User Management

You can allow access to multiple members for your Sendflow account, each with their own login and password along with an access level.

Member Roles description

Owner The owner is the primary contact for the account, he is the sole authority that can invite users to join.

Admin The admin can perform all actions, including sending or scheduling notifications, automation, changing integration parameters and website settings. Can invite users to join.

Developer They have read-only access, developer can perform website settings actions.

Reader They have read-only access to most of the features. The reader cannot send notifications. This is ideal for your sales team that needs access to data.
